Shipping Policy

Shipping within Canada
We ship to Canadian addresses.

Shipping rates
• Flat-rate shipping is $15 for Canadian orders up to and including $250.
• Shipping is free for Canadian orders over $250.

Order processing and delivery estimates
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed starting the next business day. Handling time is 2–4 business days, Monday to Friday. Transit time is estimated at 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is estimated at 5–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier and signature delivery
Orders are shipped with Canada Post. Packages are delivered without a signature unless signature-required delivery is requested before the order ships. Any additional carrier cost will be added to the order.

International orders
Online checkout currently supports Canadian addresses only. For an international-order quote, email facetogracebeaute@gmail.com. Quotes will include shipping rates, duties, and delivery terms.
