At Face to Grace, our foundation is built on a personal journey with skin sensitivities. Our founder created this company specifically to avoid reactions due to chemical ingredients. This is why we are committed to using natural and organic ingredients in every formula.
However, Natural does not mean risk-free. Face to Grace Beauté is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products. Always review the ingredient list before use and perform a patch test when trying a product for the first time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars [CAD] unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

Signature on Delivery
By default, packages are delivered without a signature.
If you would like signature-required delivery, you must request it before your order ships. Any additional carrier cost will be added to your order.
If you authorize delivery without a signature, Face to Grace Beauté is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
International Shipping
While the online checkout is currently limited to Canadian addresses, Face to Grace Beauté is happy to receive requests for international orders. However, these can be done manually only. 6. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

If your package is missing, contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Face to Grace Beauté, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
