At Face to Grace Beauté, we care about the quality of our products and your experience. Because our products are skincare and personal-care items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

 


 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is missing items

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within [2] days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method. The amount of any rebate coupon used will be deducted.


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first
  • Check with neighbors or building management

If you authorized delivery without a signature, Face to Grace Beauté is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.


 

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or border processing
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
